It is suitable for cutting different kind of jumbo roll(such as paper, glass paper, Aluminum foil paper, plastic film like PVC, OPP, PET, CPP) into different slitting width and length.

Specification:

Adopts Micro-computer control system and meter counter. All the working parameters can be displayed on the control monitor. Only need to setup the material thickness and initial tension data, the Micro-computer will calculate the accord data, and keep machine working automatically until the end.

Adopts with frequency inverter motor which is used to control the sheeting cutter movement, solid stable.

Adopts with Servo motor for the material feeding. The precision can be highly controlled in 0.2mm.

Adopts with automatic braking device: 20kg/ m2 * 1PC to control the material feeding tension.

Adopts with special treated alloy sheeting cutter, which has a merit for long working life and durance.

Adopts automatic tension control system which is used to keep a constant tension for material working.

All transmission rollers have been dynamic/static balance treated.

Usually we appreciate T/T 30% deposit , then 70% balance is paid before shipment , we usually offer fob ningbo price .but we also accept other
way like L/C , wetern union ,and do CFR&CIF etc.

First ,our machine is stable and easy to operate by one man ,what you do is just learn some basic thing like loading the jumbo roll paper,start

yourself , and if there is something goes wrong , you can call us ,video-chat ,email us .And we will give solutions within 36 hrs .Our engineer also
can be distributed to overseas as you required.

Q4. If the machine's spare parts broken ,where can i get ?

We will give you the spare parts which is vulnerable , and some critical parts like gear box , our quality is good ,in case it broken within one year
